  • Yes and no. Inflatable rental prices include delivery and setup. For every thing else, delivery and setup is not included in the price.

  • No, there is no minimum rental order. However, we do have a minimum rental order of $150 for free delivery within a 12 mile radius of our location.

  • Our inflatables weigh a few hundred pounds, so we will not under any circumstance deliver inflatables upstairs, or any slope with a grade that is greater than 15 degrees.

    For other rental items, the same rule applies for the most part except for smaller items that can be easily moved. If you have any doubts, please call us at (832) 351-0045.

    Note that you will still be charged for the rental if we are unable to make a delivery due to accessibility issues.

  • For inflatables, the set-up area depends on the unit. When reserving on our site, click on your rental item for more information on how much space is needed for setting up that particular inflatable. As a good rule of thumb most bouncers will fit in a standard two car driveway.

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate space for the rented equipment. Ensure at least 3.5 -4 ft wide clearance for the items to be moved through. If you have any doubts, please call us at (832) 351-0045.

  • If you opted for damage waiver coverage at booking, you’ll get coverage for minor mishaps and general wear and tear.

    Significant damage (damage that requires extensive repair or renders the item inoperable), lost pieces and theft are not covered. In those cases, you will be charged up to the retail price plus tax for the item. See our Terms and Conditions for more details.

    In the event of any damage to any Bibixy Event Services equipment, please call us at (832) -351-0045 immediately.

  • We generally rent out items for a daily rate. That does not include delivery and pickup days.

  • We will contact you at least two days before your event date with a delivery window which typically is either on the morning of your event, or the day before your event.

    This all depends on how many orders we have for any given day. If you need specific time delivery, please contact us for special arrangements as this will incur additional cost.
